For a couple-centered portrait

  • 16" x 20" gallery wrapped canvas
  • Up to 15 additional hours of in-studio painting

Heirloom Package

For a larger-scale, complex background

  • 18" x 24" gallery wrapped canvas
  • Up to 25 additional hours of in-studio painting

Additional people can be added to the painting for a fee, subject to the design of the painting.

What Your Package Includes

All packages include the following services.

Personal painting design consultation prior to the wedding. We'll go through details from the orientation of the painting (landscape or portrait) to the exact moment and emotions to be captured in the painting.

Professional-grade materials, including gallery-wrapped canvas and archival oil paints.

Archival varnish to provide long-lasting UV and dust protection.

Travel within NYC. If your celebration is farther away, I'd love to travel. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside NYC. I provide a travel outline as part of your personalized quote prior to booking.

Careful packaging, delivery, and insurance of your painting. Whenever possible, personal pickup or delivery is arranged

Before the Wedding

I will send a questionnaire to you a few weeks prior to the wedding. Together, we plan the scene to capture, color theme, background, pose, and any must-have details. I'll also coordinate with your planner and venue so everything is seamless on the day.

Example scenes include the first kiss, ceremony exit, holding hands, looking at each other, or looking at the viewer.
During the Wedding

I arrive early to the venue to set up and to take reference videos and photos for your painting.

As I am painting, I invite your guests to interact with me and watch as the painting unfolds. Guests watch the artwork come to life in real time, turning the painting into both entertainment and an evolving focal point of your reception.

Before I head out, I show you the painting progress.
After the Wedding

Your painting comes back to my studio for refined details, drying time, and a protective varnish so it's ready to hang as an heirloom piece in your home.

With your final confirmation, your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped or handed to you. I provide care instructions to keep your painting well-protected for years.

Completion of the painting following the wedding can take up to 12 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the painting. I will keep you updated with an estimate.

What can I expect for pricing?

Most live wedding painting packages are priced at $1500 - $6000, plus travel. This is typically dependent on experience, style, and location. Local to New York City, starting prices tend to be higher.

What are my prices? I started live wedding painting in 2025. I have years of experience in capturing a true likeness and life in a painting. My ideal client appreciates my extensive experience in portraiture, receives a fair discount, and receives stunning, professional work. I'm happy to share quotes when you inquire below.
What is your artistic style?

I focus on realism and capturing a likeness of the subjects of the painting. I really try my hardest to get this right - your painting should look and feel like you on your special day.

I incline toward a vibrant style, and have been told that my paintings have a warm glow.

I'm excited to work with you to design your painting if you already have a vision of a style you would like captured.
I've already had my wedding, can you paint from a photo?

Yes! Please inquire below.
Can I book you as a gift for the couple?

Yes! I recommend giving the couple a heads up a few weeks before so that they can inform me of their preferences for the painting prior to the wedding in a consultation call. Additionally this is done so that the wedding planner and coordinator are aware.
Can I add other people to my painting?

This is typically subject to the composition, orientation, and size of the painting. If you are interested in this, please mention when you inquire. A fee will apply for each additional person beyond the couple.
Do you travel outside NYC?

Yes! Travel within New York City is included. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside NYC.
What do you need before the wedding / during the wedding to set up?

Prior to the wedding, I will need to be connected to the wedding planner / coordinator and the venue coordinator.

During the wedding, I require a 5 ft x 5 ft space with access to an outlet for my lighting. If the wedding is outdoors, I require a shaded space away from sun or rain.
Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, I can provide a Certificate of Insurance to venues which require liability insurance.
